Sage Park Names Mike Simpson Chief Financial Officer

Nashville, Tenn., September 9th, 2026 – Sage Park, Inc. (“Sage Park”), an operationally oriented investment firm, today announced the appointment of Mike Simpson as Chief Financial Officer. Mike, an accomplished executive with extensive experience leading private equity-backed and privately held businesses and managing global operations, joins Sage Park from Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), where he served as CEO prior to joining Sage Park in September 2026.

Mike brings more than three decades of experience in operations and finance, with a proven track record of leadership across a broad range of roles within global organizations. Most recently, Mike served as CEO of Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), where he oversaw the company’s operations across North and South America. Prior to WFS, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Sensis, Inc., a portfolio company owned by Platinum Equity. He also held several executive positions across Platinum Equity’s portfolio companies and served as Vice President of Portfolio Operations, where he was responsible for managing the financial and operational transition of newly acquired companies.
